Swati has global exposure in the HR space starting her career with an internship at Kelly Services, Seattle. Her professional experience entails working as a HR Generalist with US-based companies Alere Wellbeing and Loud Technologies Inc. where her responsibilities were executive recruiting, retention, benefits and compensation, employee relations, HR policies and development and legal compliance.
